1. License for Use
When you purchase or download DeskChi Practice Cards, ActuallyNotes.net grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product:
- Individual Users: For personal wellness and self-practice.
- AppSumo Customers: According to the specific license tier purchased (Single or Multiple Site License).
- Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the source code or assets of DeskChi as a standalone product.
2. Intellectual Property
While the physical movements (Tai-Chi, Ba Duan Jin) are in the public domain, the digital adaptation, including but not limited to the HTML/CSS/JS code, the specific UI/UX design, the interactive timers, and the structured "Practice Card" format, is the exclusive property of ActuallyNotes.net.
3. AppSumo Redemptions
Users who purchase through AppSumo must redeem their codes on our official redemption page. Redemptions are subject to AppSumo’s 60-day refund policy. After this period, all sales are final.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
DeskChi is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for technical perfection (100/100 WPO) and anatomical accuracy, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ActuallyNotes.net and J. Carlos Bermejo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our interactive tools.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
